Easy Gluten Free Sausage Balls

Why not get ready for the super bowl early? Make a couple of batches of these ahead of time, freeze them individually and put them in a zip lock bag. When you need a quick easy snack pop some in the microwave for a few seconds and you have it. A great yummy snack in just a few seconds!


Sausage Cheese Balls

Ingredients:

¾ cup Gluten Free Baking Mix; I use Pamela's Baking & Pancake Mix or Bisquick baking mix
1 pkg. mild or hot pork sausage
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place rows of sausage balls on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Remove from oven and cool slightly before serving.
