Man I can't believe that I have not blogged THIS I have something that I have been wanting to shout from the rooftop for months now! It's hard for me to keep a secret but hey I did it and now is the time to tell. I now have FIVE grandchildren y'all.
When looking up the meaning of Lida's name this was found.... Lida "loved by the people" and Biruhtesfa "A bright future". I don't know about you but this gives me chill bumps.
My daughter Mary called to our attention the verse Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. NIV We are claiming this for our Lida. This is a special verse for me because God game it to me while facing trials in Guatemala and I used it as the theme for Honey and my wedding.
Friends I can't tell you how excited and blessed we are! We already had four precious grandchildren and can't wait to meet our new one.
We have been sooo excited these last few months waiting and praying. Wow now I have five grand-babies to pray for what a responsibility but what an honor!
